After playing the game a little and watching our friends play, we took the time to remove some minor glitches and bugs, improved the lighting quality slightly, and most importantly: 

Finished adding vents!

The area in front of the elevator was added, in order to make the game a little easier for the thief, since the map (and vents) now allow multiple paths to lead to the elevator.
