Questions for Friends
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
A small experimental game about self and friend-group exploration.
Use this to better understand your friends, to get an amazing playlist, a fun little meme collection, or to collectively tackle some more serious questions.
Players will answer questions by placing files in the corresponding folders. These files can range from the obvious text documents to links, images, audio or video.
The catalogue of questions and responses will organically grow, based on the questions and answers provided by the previous players, ensuring every game is going to be unique and full of fun little insiders.
It would be cool, if you could post a screenshot of your finished game in the comments section, or tweet it at me @funnybrutalism.
Thank's for playing, let me know what you think.
This game is best played locally, so get a fresh USB drive and put the game on there.
Add your own question folders, make sure this game starts with at least two folders.
Good examples for initial folders would be:
Your favorite song
When have you recieved this game
Something that made you laugh recently
You can obviously pose questions that get more real.
Be aware that the initial folders will influence what questions your friends will pose.
Make sure to answer all initial folders.
This USB drive is going to travel a bit, so add your contact details so it can find its way back to you.
Give the drive to a friend.
You will find all the details in the initial text file of the game. Its crucial, to read it first.
